Terms & Conditions – Sports Massage Therapy

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by YBT (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or receiving treatment, clients (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility for Treatment

  • You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Medical Disclosure & Consent

  • You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, or relevant health concerns.

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

  • You acknowledge that you are receiving treatment voluntarily and understand the potential benefits and risks

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • We comply with GDPR and will not share personal data without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Health & Safety

  • If you feel unwell, have a contagious condition, or have been advised against massage by a medical professional, you must notify us prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a risk to either party.

10. Liability

  • While we strive to provide safe and effective treatment, we are not liable for any unforeseen reactions, injuries, or aggravation of existing conditions unless caused by negligence.

  • You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after treatment.

11. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the stated expiry date.
